Hailey Harward has been a Performance Plus athlete since November of 2014. During her junior and senior seasons at Desert Vista High School, Hailey helped lead her volleyball team to back to back state championships. During the 2015 season she played 109 sets, had 266 kills, a .251 hitting percentage, 322 digs, 52 blocks, and 32 service aces. She was voted Player of the Match for her performance in the 2015 State Championship match. Along with her decorated high school career, Hailey has been training with the USA Volleyball Team since 2011. She will be attending Long Beach State University on a Beach/Indoor Volleyball scholarship.
